Before conducting rotational molding manufacturing technology for rotational molded products, you need to prepare some high-quality molds and place them on the workbench where the rotational molding machine is running. The processing machine for rotational molded products usually consists of a heating chamber and a rotating arm, and some also come with cooling equipment such as water spray atomization or cooling fans. After settling down, first place a few molds on the machine. Subsequently, all molds are equipped with plastic resin powder, which is then rotated and heated from different perspectives in the longitudinal and transverse directions.
The melted resin uniformly and tightly binds the hot mold to the surface layer. After reaching a certain point, the heating process can be completed by rotating the mold until it reaches the exit temperature, so that the mold can continue to rotate inside until its thickness is the same anywhere. After reaching the mold temperature, open the mold, remove the product from the mold cavity, and then add new resin to begin the next rotation. Throughout the manufacturing process, the speed of mold transformation and the timing of heating and cooling must be strictly and accurately controlled.
